Patchd sends the sound to every output at the same moment. The gap you hear comes after that, inside each device. Every speaker holds a little audio before it plays it, and how much depends on how it's connected: Bluetooth holds the most, so a Bluetooth speaker plays noticeably later than a wired one, and a USB speaker and your computer's built-in output can differ from each other too.
Right now Patchd can't delay one speaker to match another. Settings > Source timing > Sync offset won't do it either: it only delays what your buses send out (to your stream or a call), and it never changes what plays on your speakers.
We're adding a delay you can set on each output, so you can line your speakers up. It won't make the update coming out now, but it's next in line, and we'll reply here when it's out.

Patchd is the Windows audio mixer your setup deserves. It is in open beta now, and the waitlist is how you hear about the public release.
