Sometimes in a game or discord people complaining my voice sound robotic, where i checked the persona voice effects is off and the hardware monitor did not pick up the robotic voice. I believe the processing issue come from my side as the issue is resolve by simply quitting patchd and reopen it back. Is there button or shortcuts for me to restart patchd whenever this happens. ?

Patchd doesn't have a restart button or shortcut today. To restart it, right-click the Patchd icon by the clock, choose Quit Patchd, then open it again.
We don't know the cause of the robotic sound yet, so next time it happens, please try these before you restart. Each one tells us where the problem is:
1. Record the Patchd bus your game or Discord uses, with OBS or Windows Sound Recorder, and listen back. If the recording sounds robotic, the problem is on your PC. If it sounds clean, it's happening after your PC, like the network or the voice app. 2. Under your microphone in Patchd, click that bus's button to turn it off, then click it again. Does that clear it? 3. In Discord, leave the call and rejoin. Does that clear it?
It would also help to know:
When you say hardware monitor, do you mean a HW output in Patchd, or your interface's own direct monitoring? Does it happen in the game and Discord at the same time, or only in one? Which Patchd version are you on, which mic do you use, and is it USB, an audio interface, or ASIO? What does Patchd show after MASTER CLOCK at the top of the window? About how long into a session does it start, and did anything happen just before, like your PC waking from sleep, plugging in a headset, or launching a game?

Patchd is the Windows audio mixer your setup deserves. It is in open beta now, and the waitlist is how you hear about the public release.
